Curcumin’s effect on the migration of PC3, LNCaP, DU145, and C42B cancer cells in the presence of the copper chelator neocuproine. As mentioned in Section 2, a cell migration test was performed utilizing 24-well transwell permeable supports with 8 mm pores (Corning, NY, USA). In the presence and absence of curcumin (25 µM) and neocuproine (50 µM), the cells were developed. On an Ultra Multifunctional Microplate Reader, the fluorescence of the migrating cells was measured (TECAN, Durham, NC, USA).
