Figure only includes antibiotic exposures occurring before the 1-year stool sample collection. Samples are ordered by first antibiotic exposure. Baseline samples were collected at approximately 6 weeks for New Hampshire Birth Cohort Study participants and 2 months for DIABIMMUNE Study infants. Age of antibiotic exposure reflects the start day of antibiotic exposure. Infants with antibiotic exposures prior to the baseline microbiome collection received them immediately following birth (age 0 days).
