The Cumulative Incidence of Late Bleeding and Ischemic Stroke

The incidences of all late bleeding events were higher than ischemic stroke events after transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) (log-rank test; P < 0.001). The major bleeding events were also significantly higher than ischemic stroke events (log-rank test; P = 0.001). Physicians should pay attention for relatively higher bleeding complications in the elderly cohort with TAVR.
