Association between CSF and serum biomarkers. Associations between CSF and serum biomarkers were assessed using Spearman’s correlation. A) A significant strong correlation was found for CSF and serum NfL. B) CSF and serum GFAP correlated moderately in the whole cohort. C) NfL in serum and CSF correlated in all diagnostic groups. D) GFAP in serum and CSF correlated in PDD/DLB, and showed a positive trend in OND and MCI-AD. No correlation was observed in FTD.
