Among of the deposited structures, 40 % S protein structures are in complex with antibodies and human ACE2, 19 % are nsp3, and 24 % are nsp5, while the rest of the other protein structures comprises 22 % of the total structures. Interestingly, some of the proteins have just a few copies of structure or no structure at all, i.e., membrane protein (M).
