Items ranged from 1 (do not agree) to 7 (fully agree). Missingness was negligible and ranged between 0 (no missings) and 1 (one participant refusing to answer) for each item. Note that responses above the midpoint of the scale (4) were counted as agreement, while responses on the midpoint of the scale (4) were counted as "unsure."
