Constitutively expressed MYC-BMAL1 restores circadian rhythmicity in both P_Bmal1 and P_Per2 activity. U2OS-P_Bmal1::Fluc/ΔBmal1/P_TRE3Gs::Myc-Bmal1 strain-2 cells were transiently transfected with the P_Per2::Eluc reporter and were treated with different concentrations of doxycycline (DOX). Dual wavelength luminescence measurements of P_Bmal1::Fluc and P_Per2::Eluc were performed for 6 days. Data presented are the representative curves of 3 independent measurements. The orange lines show luminescence from P_Bmal1::Fluc and the green lines show luminescence of P_Per2::Eluc.
