The total concentration of flavour chemicals in tobacco-flavoured refill fluids purchased between 2011 and 2019. The y-axis shows concentrations in mg/mL, and the x-axis is ordered by increasing concentrations from left to right within each year. Codes represent products as described in online supplemental table S1. While total concentrations ranged from 0 to 47 mg/mL, most tobacco-flavoured refill fluids had low total concentrations of flavour chemicals until 2019, when over 54% of the products analysed had concentrations >10 mg/mL.
