The overall seroconversion rate estimate per strain was obtained from a single mixed model, strain as a fixed effect, with the DerSimonian-Laird estimator. I2=96·6% (95% CI 96·5–98·4). 95% CIs for the individual studies were Clopper-Pearson exact confidence limits.
