Evaluation of modality importance. This figure evaluates the possible combinations of modalities. The metrics were calculated as an average of 5 random initializations on a held-out test set. The combination of the 3 modalities performs the best across all evaluation metrics. Excluding the clinical modality causes a drop in performance, demonstrating the value of clinical information.
