The effect of GWI exposure and delayed LNFPIII treatment on the expression of anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 in the dorsal and ventral hippocampus measured by qPCR. Hippocampal samples from mice (n = 4–6/treatment) were used for RNA isolation and subsequent qPCR analyses.
