Data expressed as mean ± SEM for wild type-like (WT) and neuregulin 1 transmembrane domain heterozygous (Nrg1 TM HET) mice treated with vehicle (VEH) or cannabidiol (CBD) then later vehicle or Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Main effects are indicated with: ‘genotype’ *p < 0.05; ‘CBD’ #p < 0.05, ##p < 0.01; and ‘THC’ ^p < 0.05, ^^p < 0.01. Interactions between ‘THC’ and ‘genotype’ were found for anogenital sniffing [+p = 0.02] and climbing on/over [+p = 0.02] frequency. Split by effects of ‘genotype’ within these interactions are indicated with * p < 0.05 and ** p < 0.01.
