FAF1 inhibits cancer cell invasion in MDA-MB-231 cells by regulating the integrity of adherens junction. (A and B) MDA-MB-231 cells were transfected with control siRNA or FAF1 siRNA for 48 h and then spheroid formation was initiated in 2.5% Matrigel.
