Reactions were measured in 11 mM PBS pH 7.4 at 30 °C and DCIP as the electron acceptor used at a constant concentration of 120 μM. L-Lactate concentrations were varied from 0.125 to 64 mM or from 4 to 500 mM for PaLCTO.
