3D reconstruction of a representative CTL-APC conjugate formed with SAg-pulsed APCs. CTLs were pre-treated with Spike W and used to form conjugates with SAg-pulsed Raji cells. Conjugates were co-stained for PTyr (orange) and CD3ζ (green). The playback frame rate is 7 frames/s.
