(B–D) The NfL concentration showed a mild positively correlation with the concentrations of Aβ42 (r = 0.324, p = 0.205), Aβ40 (r = 0.386, p = 0.126), and GFAP (r = 0.531, p = 0.021). (E) The Aβ40 and Aβ42 concentrations showed a strong positive correlation (r = 0.943, p < 0.0001). (F) Although it has not reached statistical significance, there was a correlation between the concentrations of Aβ42 and GFAP (r = 0.322, p = 0.208).
