Expert conclusion regarding dementia-specific care structures	Existing services are generally adequate for the care of people with dementia. Information for people with dementia and their family members is available nearly nationwide. However, there is a north-south difference in the sense that there may still be a lack of services and information in the south, and that the organisation of services is not yet optimally set up.
Recommended model of good practise	A working group should be established that includes associations for patients and family caregivers.
