Schematic of the dual-laser stopped-flow setup. The aligned 405 and 594 nm laser beams are guided into the center of the observation chamber. Perpendicular to the incident beam, the scattered light for both wavelengths is led through a pinhole and a band-pass (405 nm) and a long-pass (594 nm) filter and detected with a photomultiplier.
