Summary of generalized linear regression models evaluating the predictive value of the Framingham general cardiovascular risk profile (FCRP) score on structural neuroimaging measures of cerebral small vessel disease and neurodegeneration after adjusting for age. Because of the low variance of MRI markers of cerebral small vessel disease in ADAD and non-carrier subjects, these models were only evaluated in presymptomatic CADASIL subjects. Overall model fit and predictive power were assessed using the McFadden Pseudo-R2. For each variable included in the models, the presented value is the Unstandardized B Coefficient [95% Wald Confidence Intervals]. CMB=count of cerebral microbleeds; Lacune=count of lacunes, nWMH=normalized volume of white matter hyperintensity; EPVS-CSO=ratings of enlarged perivascular spaces in the centrum semiovale; EPVS-BG=ratings of enlarged perivascular spaces in the basal ganglia; SVD Sum Score=ordinal score representing the overall burden of MRI markers of cerebral small vessel disease; BPF=brain parenchymal fraction; nHC=normalized hippocampal volume
