SUPERase·In™ RNase Inhibitor	5 μL
TURBO™ DNase	1 μL
T4 PNK enzyme	7 μL
H2O	224 μL

Mix, add 300 μL/sample, incubate in Thermomixer at 1,200 rpm, 37°C, 20 min. Then, short spin and magnetic separation to remove Master Mix.
