Treatment of trypomastigote lysates with N-glycosidase F. A trypomastigote lysate was prepared, divided into aliquots in the recommended buffer, incubated with 0, 1, 3, or 10 U of N-glycosidase F for 2 h at 37°C (A to D, respectively) or 4°C (E), fractionated by SDS-PAGE, blotted to nitrocellulose, and reacted with MAb 20H1.
