Liver injury was induced by DEN in the 7, 11 and 13-week-old rats. 1 × 106 ADSC or L-theanine preconditioned ADSC cells/rat were given to rats by intravenous injection after DEN injection for 2, 4 or 8 weeks. Liver tissue and blood were collected four weeks after ADSC injection for further evaluation. B Observation of experimental animal liver tissues.
