Hemotoxylin and eosin liver slice staining in experimental animals. Liver tissue slices from sacrificed rats were treated with hematoxylin and eosin staining. 2wk, 4wk and 8wk: Liver tissue slices with DEN treatment for 2, 4, or 8 weeks, respectively.
