CI – confidence interval, FLW – frontline workers
*This variable was highly correlated with the remoteness variable and both were non-significant in the model when included together. Replacing it with remoteness did not affect the other covariates. Remoteness had a significant positive association (1.34, 95% CI = 1.02-1.77) per 100-mile increment.
†The “1.00” in the CI is due to rounding. The CI does not include 1 (P = 0.04).
