Restricted cubic spline of the association between serum Klotho and diabetes. The association was adjusted for age, sex, educational level, race, BMI, waist circumference, smoking status, alcohol intake, physical activity, CVD, hypertension, dyslipidemia, total cholesterol, LDL-C, HDL-C, triglyceride, and eGFR. The median log2-transformed serum Klotho level was chosen as a reference.
