(a) 293 T cells were treated with negative control scrambled siRNA or siTBC1D5 for 48 h. Cells were then infected with A/WSN/33 (MOI 2), and at 8 and 16 h p.i. cells were lysed and levels of TBC1D5, NS1, and β-actin were analysed using SDS–PAGE. At 8, 16 and 24 h p.i., cells were subjected to immunolabeling with anti-M2 in the absence of permeabilization agent (surface M2), and M2 relative fluorescence mean intensity levels were recorded by flow cytometry.
