Effects of OdDHL and BHL on P2Y2 (A) and P2Y4 (B) mRNA expression in CF-KM4 cells. Cells were cultured to confluency as described in the text. Cells were then exposed to 1 nM OdDHL or 10 μM BHL for 24 h. After total RNA extraction and reverse transcription, cDNAs were amplified by using primers specific for P2Y2, P2Y4, and β-actin.
