The correlation between sleep-dependent learning effect and pathological spindles. In the six patients with interictal epileptic discharges (IEDs), a simple linear regression analysis was conducted between the change between Trials 1 and 2 of sleep-dependent learning effect and that of IED-coupled spindle density of each electrode.
