Comparison of color differences in the three groups: white light imaging (WLI), third‐generation narrow band imaging (3G‐NBI), and texture and color enhancement imaging (TXI). The color difference was significantly larger in 3G‐NBI than in WLI (13.5 vs. 9.2, respectively; p < 0.001) and significantly larger in TXI than in WLI (1.3 vs 9.2, p < 0.001).
