Table 2.

Antimicrobial activity of the crocCATHs. The MIC values of the synthetic peptides were determined in a microdilution assay in MHB. The antibiotic vancomycin was used against Gram-positive S. aureus and E. faecium whereas polymyxin B was employed against the remaining Gram-negative strains. Values in μg/mL can be found in Supplementary Table S4.
