Decreasing peripheral-blood AEC, as well as constant to decreasing ECP serum levels between baseline and the fourth infusion cycle of ICI correlate with extended PFS and OS in met-astatic melanoma. For the kinetic analyses, the level of AEC and ECP before the fourth infusion cycle of ICI (C4) was subtracted from the corresponding level before ICI was initiated (baseline).
