The effects of CAPE on cell viability of HDPCs. HDPCs were seeded with CAPE (1.25–20 μg/mL) for 24 h. Cell viability was assessed using Cell Counting Kit-8. Treatment with Triton X-100 was used as a positive control. Results are expressed as fold-change values relative to unstimulated control samples. Values represent the means ± SDs from representative of three independent experiments and each experiment was performed in triplicate.
