Anti-neuroinflammatory effect of S. horneri extract on NO production in LPS-stimulated BV-2 microglial cells. Microglial cell viability was determined by Annexin-V/PI assay after S. horneri extract treatment with BV-2 microglial cells (A). After S. horneri extract treatment of BV-2 microglial cells stimulated with LPS (200 ng/mL), NO production ability was determined by Griess assay (B). The result is representative of three repeated independent experiments.
