Splenic T cells were stimulated with 10 μg of heat-killed Y. enterocolitica (HKY), Yersinia heat shock protein (YHSP60), and recombinant Yersinia outer proteins (YopD, YopE, YopH, and the V antigen) or without Yersinia antigen.
