Grk1 phosphorylation in Nrl−/− mice. Adult mice were light or dark adapted, euthanized, and retinas harvested. Immunoblots were probed with antibodies against total Grk1 (green) and phosphorylated Grk1 (red), followed by incubation with secondary antibodies. The levels of phosphorylated Grk1 were normalized against total Grk1 and quantified. Statistical comparison of multiple groups was performed using a two-way ANOVA followed by a Tukey post hoc test.
