Polyoxyethylene(10) octylphenyl ether was added to mRNA-LNPs in the no exposure, the light exposure (1.2 × 106 lx·h), and the storage at −80 °C groups to disrupt the membrane structure of the LNPs. mRNA strand lengths enclosed in the LNPs were confirmed by agarose gel electrophoresis in MOPS buffer.
