The percentages of phase-separated structures (homogenous, Lo/Ld, and So/Ld in DPPC:DOPC:Chol (40:40:20), Control, bright grey); DPPG:DPPC:DOPC:Chol (15:25:40:20), made in pure water (PW, grey)); and DPPG:DPPC:DOPC:Chol (15:25:40:20) made in a 10 mM sodium chloride solution (NaCl, dark grey), respectively, performed at 20.0 °C.
