Nosustrophine regulates AD-related gene expression in young (3–4-month-old) mice. PSEN1 (A), PSEN2 (B), APOE (C), MAPT (D) and ABCB7 (E) mRNA levels were measured by qPCR in the hippocampus of wild-type and 3xTg-AD mice.
