Nosustrophine regulates inflammation-related gene expression in young (3–4-month-old) AD mice. IL-1β (A), Il-6 (B), TNFα (C), NOS3 (D) and COX-2 (E) mRNA levels were measured by qPCR in hippocampus from wild-type and 3xTg-AD mice (n = 4 animals per group).
