Interview guide for nonresponders to the clinical trial

If yes, enquire into their response to the invitation for example:	Did you get a chance to have a look at it?	Record any comments.
Was the invitation clear?	How did you find the info we sent you?	Offer follow‐up call from nurse if appropriate.
Did they understand what they were being asked to do?	Was it clear what you were being invited to do?
Did they decide not to participate?	Was there a reason that you didn't do the self‐test?
If appropriate, find out what would have made them participate.	Do you have any suggestions?	Record any comments.
