Validation and characterization of HCMV circUL55. (A) Inverse RT-PCR products of circUL55 with BSJs validation primer set in Figure 1 . The 189 bp band that amplified from circUL55_1 (685 nt) was the predicted amplicon of the primer. A 340 bp band from circUL55_2 (836 nt) was amplified.
