Each panel shows an inhibition experiment, in which the binding of rabbit antibodies to an immobilized protein was inhibited by the addition of different purified proteins. The combination of antiserum and immobilized protein is indicated above each panel, and the purified proteins used for inhibition are indicated at the corresponding curves. Each of these experiments was performed at least twice with similar results.
