Case 5. Nodular pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia presenting as a breast lump. Craniocaudal and mediolateral oblique (MLO) views of the right breast (arrow in A, B ) show an oval equal density lesion with obscured margins in the upper outer quadrant. MLO view tomosynthesis image shows better definition of the lesion margins ( C ). On ultrasound, the lesion appears oval, isoechoic with circumscribed margins ( D ) and with mild internal vascularity ( E ).
