Effects of SA10SC-RLX in conscious healthy telemetered SD rats. Effects of a single SC administration of SA10SC-RLX at 3 doses (0.3, 1 and 3 mg/kg) on heart rate (HR) (changes from baseline) (a). Results are expressed as mean ± SEM (n = 8 animals/group). Whatever the dose considered, 0.3, 1 or 3 mg/kg, the mean effect of SA10SC-RLX is significantly different from the mean effect of the vehicle (p = 0.0001 at 0.3 mg/kg, p = 0.0032 at 1 mg/kg, p = 0.0002 at 3 mg/kg). A two-way analysis of variance was performed on the raw data with fixed factors group and time, and if the group factor or the interaction group x time were significant, a global Dunnett’s test was carried out to compare the global effects of the treated groups to the global effect of the vehicle group (*P < 0.05).
