(B) Hela cells were stained with DAPI (blue), IRF3 (red), SFTSV NSs (green). IRF3 translocated to the nucleus in both mock- and CVB3-infected cells in the absence of NSs, whereas cells co-transfected with IRF3 and NSs remain in the cytoplasm following CVB3 infection.
