(C) Cell viability of RPMI-8226 cells with the given concentrations of ursolic acid. RPMI-8226 cells were incubated for 48 h in 96-well plates. To calculate the inhibition of cell growth, the value at time 0 was subtracted. The results represent the mean ± SD of three independent experiments. *p < 0.05 and **p < 0.01, compared with the DMSO control group.
