Hall effect measurements of the Hall bar device C2 as a function of angle between the magnetic field applied during cool-down (Hcool) and the substrate normal. The magnetic field was applied in the temperature range from 170 to 5 K. For the Hall effect measurements, the external magnetic field, Hext, was applied in the direction perpendicular to the sample plane. The curves were shifted along the y-axis direction for visibility.
