Let-7-AIFM1-FKBP1A pathway and its potential effect in COPD. The let-7 family has an increased correlation with AIFM1 protein expression in COPD, which may induce a stronger inhibition than through the ROS and mTOR pathway to influence autophagy and cell differentiation in COPD.
