 SBP ≤ 70 mmHg

 SBP 71–90 mmHg if heart rate ≥ 108/bpm
Expert definition
 Shock Index ≥ 1.0 during prehospital care or in resuscitation room

 Based excess at hospital arrival ≤ -5.0 mmol/L
PROPPR study
