By subgroup analysis of the disease, the Health group [SMD = −0.64, 95% CI (−1.03, −0.25), I² = 74%, P < 0.01], Hypertension group [SMD = −1.20, 95% CI (−3.31, 0.91), I² = 92%, P < 0.01], and Depression group [SMD = −2.49, 95% CI (−6.47, 1.49), I² = 96%, P < 0.01] were statistically significant.
